At BABS we understand the importance of providing a first class after sales service. For this reason we have a team of highly skilled engineers throughout the UK specifically trained on finishing and mailing equipment.
In support of our engineers we have a professional customer service team which offers customers total commitment. Backing up our Customer Servive we operate a compterised service management system which ensures our service engineers operate efficiently.
Over 100,000 replacement parts are maintained at any one time in our head office warehouse. In addition to this, all our engineers hold an extensive car stock minimising the need for second calls. We endeavour to despatch all parts on a next day delivery ensuring that the down time on your equipment is minimal.
We offer maintenance contracts to ensure trouble free operation of all our equipment. This enables the customer with our experienced technical staff to tailor make a contract for their own specific needs. This could range from the bare minimum set out by Health and Safety executive to a fully comprehensive contract.
We have always prided ourselves with the speed of response from our service team. In most instances we achieve an eight hour response, even if the machine is out of contract and warranty.
At BABS we provide in house training courses across our entire range allowing our many distributors to have their own engineers trained to the same high standard of our engineers. In addition to this we also provide a support department giving distributors and customers access to all the latest information on our range of equipment.
